SPECIALIST
We are looking to expand our business by hiring a new Influencer Relations Assistant at Vitamin C. This job involves managing our existing clients’ influencer relationships, from influencer selection to content creation and everything in between!
Long-term influencer relationships are the key to our agency! This position will be maintaining influencer/agency relationships, keeping all parties happy, and providing the utmost professional and tailored communication and feedback.
Influencer relationship management is the core of this role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Identifying and selecting influential creators according to client specifications
Managing the creator from start to finish, quickly, professionally, and personably
Continually updating processes for both overall results and efficiencies
Using critical thinking to deliver the best possible content for our clients
Providing strategic feedback on video concept and creation
Personalizing outreach to increase responses and effectively negotiating efficient rates
Attention to detail
Experience 1+ years in the marketing field, 1+ years managing creators and talent agencies
Must have a strong interest in TikTok and familiar with the platform, strategies, and influencers.

Creative thinking and willing to offer opinions to improve outcomes
High-quality writing and communication skills
Exceptional at Excel/Google Drive
