ACCOUNT
DIRECTOR
We are looking to expand our business by hiring a new Account Director at Vitamin C. This job would take lead on all projects, new and current, and would be in charge of managing key client relationships as well as a team of influencer relations specialists.
Client retention is very important to our agency! TikTok influencer programs take time to nurture and grow. Part of this position will be maintaining client relationships and continually re-signing services or projects. There will be commission structures in place for the Account Director’s long-term client relations.
TikTok and Influencer strategy and analysis are at the core of this role
Lastly, project management and being able to effectively move projects along
People skills and relationship management is the second main responsibility
ABOUT THE ROLE
Identifying and selecting influential creators
Managing the influencer relations team
Managing all deliverables and deadlines
Handling multiple clients, teams, and timelines at once
Overseeing campaigns from start to finish
Problem solving - resolving issues with client/influencer, project delays, and making key decisions
Creative direction of the campaign
Presenting and pitching strategies
Analyzing data and creating insight reports
Attention to detail
Experience 5+ years in the marketing field, 3+ years managing clients or accounts/projects
Must have a strong interest in TikTok and familiar with the platform, strategies, and influencers.
