The Head of Client Strategy will oversee the strategic direction and execution of influencer programs across multiple brands.

This role combines strategic thinking, client leadership, and team management, ensuring that influencer campaigns drive meaningful business outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

You will work closely with the CEO on high-level strategy while leading day-to-day campaign execution and team leadership.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy

• Lead influencer campaign strategy across client programs
• Develop creator archetypes, creative frameworks, and messaging strategy
• Review campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Identify opportunities to expand and scale influencer programs


Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to client teams
• Lead campaign planning, updates, and reporting calls
• Manage campaign pacing, expectations, and overall program success


Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor the internal influencer partnerships team
• Oversee creator sourcing, negotiations, and campaign execution
• Ensure campaigns run efficiently and deliver strong results


Performance & Insights

• Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends
• Translate insights into improved creator strategy and creative direction
• Support development of reporting frameworks and campaign insights


Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital marketing
• Experience leading influencer programs at an agency or brand
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator partnerships
• Experience managing client relationships and internal teams
• Strong strategic thinking and performance marketing mindset
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS)
• Ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights
